There are a few variables used in the report that are required for configurable:

'tenant'

'Tenant' - Default no need to change

'salesforce_leadsource' (Optional - if you have 'salesforce_campaigns' Hand Raisers)

'field_name': This is just the default lead source field for Salesforce. Typically this doesn't need to be changed - but if you use something other than the default 'lead source' field for your leads you must change it to that.

'field_value': This is where you would add your lead source values that denote your 'hand raisers'. If your hand raisers are not marked in your lead source field that is totally fine as the 'salesforce_campaigns' field below is another option for marking your 'hand raisers'.

Where to find this in the MadKudu app: you can look in the Data Discovery tab of the MadKudu app and scroll to your 'Top Sources of Opportunities (Open opp)' section.

'salesforce_campaigns' (Optional - If you have 'salesforce_leadsource' Hand Raisers)

Saleforce campaigns are another way hand raisers can be marked in your system. You might have hand raisers marked via Salesforce leadsource AND Salesforce campaigns and that is totally fine. You can have both configured or just one - if you have both; it will include both hand raisers from your leadsource and hand raisers from your campaigns.

'type': The campaign type. You can have multiple campaign types here if required.

'field_name': Default field - No not change.

'value': The campaign name. You can add multiple campaigns under each type.

'demo_meta_events' (Optional)

If you have any events mapped in our event mapping this is another option to surface 'hand raisers' this would only be used if you don't have any Salesforce Campaigns or Salesforce Lead sources that contain hand raisers.

'value': This value is found in the 'Event Mapping' section of the 'Mapping' tab of the MadKudu app. If your Salesforce mapping is live - click the toggle and find your hand raiser event.

'salesforce_new_status' - (Required)

'field_name': This is the field where you denote if a lead is untouched. This is usually defaulted to - 'status'. If you have a custom one feel free to change it

'value': This is where you would add any status value that denotes that the lead is 'untouched'

'salesforce_rejection_status' - (Required)

'field_name': This is the field where you denote if a lead has been rejected. This is usually defaulted to - 'status'. If you have a custom feel free to change it

'value': This is where you would add any status value that denotes that the lead is 'rejected'

Hubspot Configuration

Screen_Shot_2021-02-03_at_3.31.24_PM.png

'hubspot_recent_conversion_event_name' - (Required)

'value': These would be any of your Hubspot events that are 'Hand Raisers' - you can add as many of these events as you have.

'hubspot_new_status' - (Optional)

'field_name': This is the field where you denote if a lead is 'untouched'. This is usually defaulted to - 'status'. If you have a custom one feel free to change it

'value': This is where you would add any status value that denotes that the lead is 'untouched'

'hubspot_rejection_status' - (Optional)

'field_name': This is the field where you denote if a lead has been rejected. This is usually defaulted to - 'status'. If you have a custom feel free to change it

'value': This is where you would add any status value that denotes that the lead is 'rejected'
